We are happy to announce that the annual NKV call for 2024 is now open! In this call, we accept applications for all types of activities currently supported by the NKV. We welcome applications across all disciplines that are relevant to wildlife research, and we encourage interdisciplinary projects.
Priority will be given to projects that clearly demonstrate how the project will improve collaboration in wildlife research in the Nordic region. Activities led by or beneficial for early career researchers and students will also be given high priority. The total budget for the 2024 call is 100.000 Euros. We aim to support between 10-15 projects. The maximum amount to apply for each project is 20.000 Euros. Maximum duration of each project is 36 months. The grants will not cover salary for the participants, but can can cover travel expenses, per diem and other operating costs as specified. Each project leader can only apply for one project in each call.
The application deadline is 16:00 CET March 15th.
All applications must use the application template (Download at the bottom of the page). Applications that are not using the template will not be considered.
The decision about funding will be made at the NKV Board meeting in mid-April, and announced on the website shortly after. All successful applicants will receive a decision letter from NKV, including information about invoicing.
